Who is the controller of your personal data?
The controller, i.e. the entity that decides how your personal data will be used, is GDPR sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at 18 Twarda Street (00-105 Warsaw) entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000911811, NIP: 5252870967, (“iGDPR”).

How did IGDPR get your data?
We have received your personal information from you when you filled in the contact form and also later as a result of your activity on the IGDPR website. Information about you also derives from the cookies IGDPR collects and similar mechanisms that store information on the devices of users of the sites, to the extent that they allow your identification.

What is the purpose and basis of IGDPR’s processing of your personal data?
IGDPR processes your personal data to enable you to use the IGDPR website and to contact us, to ensure the functionality of the services offered, including the resolution of technical problems, to handle complaints about the operation of IGDPR websites, to comply with legal obligations.
The data that identifies you may also be used to improve the content and services provided, to inform you about IGDPR content and services and ensure the security of information processing, to manage information and communication systems and to protect or assert claims, for statistical and archiving purposes, as well as to ensure accountability for legal obligations.

Do you have to provide IGDPR with your personal data?
Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact you. If you do not provide us with your name, phone number/e-mail address, we will not be able to contact you.

What rights do you have with regard to the data processed?
You can request from the controller of your data: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and in some cases to restrict processing and not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, when the personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller.
You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

To whom does IGDPR share your personal data?
As a general rule, IGDPR does not share your personal data with third parties, except if we have a legal basis to do so, including at the request of entities authorized by law, or if we use the services of entities that support IGDPR, such as companies that provide hosting for our websites or support for software maintenance.
In order to prevent robots from performing certain functions on IGDPR websites, we can use Google reCAPTCHA to occasionally check for signs of robotic behavior. For this reason, IGDPR may disclose your computer’s IP address to Google Inc.

How long does IGDPR store your personal data?
IGDPR stores your personal data for the time necessary for the contact initiated by you. After this period, your personal data may be kept for the period of the statute of limitations for possible claims.
IGDPR keeps your data for statistical and archival purposes for as long as there is a legal basis and purpose for the processing.
In any case, IGDPR does not process personal data for longer than is necessary for the specific purpose for which the personal data was obtained.

Does IGDPR transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
Some of our service providers may store Service User data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, your data may be stored in countries that provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data, or in countries that do not provide such a level of protection. In the latter case, personal data is transferred to third countries where there are possibilities for the exercise of data subjects’ rights and effective legal remedies, whereby the IGDPR ensures adequate safeguards for personal data through the application of binding corporate rules or accepted standard data protection clauses.
